Lynne MacLeod
Head of HR
Lynne has extensive experience working in HR, with over 20 years’ experience within the Insurance Industry. She previously worked at JLT and Endurance Worldwide Insurance Ltd. In 2009 Lynne joined Barbican Insurance Group to set up and manage the HR department for the, then new syndicate, before taking up the role of Head of HR for Castel in 2019.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her young family and friends.
